Aye Pickled is a family business based in Edinburgh. They hand make wee batches of gourmet pickles and live cultured ferments.

They always had a passion for pickled and fermented foods – the tang, crunch, fizz and the sweet, sharp and sour flavours are all winners. Faced by the inability to find anything on the local market to satisfy their cravings, they took matters into their own hands and started making their own.

They do everything by hand, using traditional techniques, yet their award-winning range is vibrant, bold and innovative.
